ALTERATIONS INCLUDED FOR 365 DAYS
If your order needs any adjustments you can visit any local tailor & email us a copy of the receipt. We will issue a refund for up to $125 (€100) for any custom suit order, and up to $50 (€40) for any ready-to-wear suit or other tailored garment. Starting in December 2014, all new orders are eligible for alterations credit for 365 days from the date of delivery!
Please note that only fit adjustments are covered by the policy. We cannot cover tailoring work for wear & tear damage.
FREE REMAKES
For custom orders, we review your measurements carefully and make every effort to achieve a perfect fit - if anything seems a little off, you’ll hear from us. But if your suit cannot be altered by a local tailor, we will make one more attempt to remake it with your adjusted measurements, to ensure that you’re happy!
Please submit your request for a remake within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
FREE RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order and want a full refund, rather than alterations or a remake, please contact us. Items can be shipped back (in unused condition, without any alterations) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It is required that you return both the original custom-made garments, and any remakes. Everything must be unused and without local alterations.
How to Apply for Alterations Credit
Please bring the alterations form provided with your suit to your tailor. Ask your tailor to fill it in and indicate the specific alterations that were made. Scan or take a photo of the completed alterations form and your receipt and email them to us, along with a description of the alterations, at custom@oliverwicks.com. This also provides us with accurate measurements for your next custom order!
How to Apply for a Remake
Only applicable to unaltered custom-tailored garments: in the rare occasion your order does not fit perfectly, and the item cannot be altered, we will make one more attempt to remake the garment. Please send us your request for a remake within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Ask your tailor to fill in your alterations form with the changes which need to be made to a remake, if the item cannot be altered. Send us the alterations form and 3 photos (one from the front, one from the side, one from the back, jacket buttoned up), and we will go to production as soon as possible. Please note that customization options & fabrics cannot be changed for remakes.
How to Return
Please get in touch if you'd like to return an order. Our requirements are pretty standard: Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition, without any alterations. Any promotional items received along with your order must be returned as well. If those conditions are not met we are not able to refund the order, and we will send it back to the customer. Return shipping is free - via USPS in the U.S., Royal Mail in the UK and other carriers for the rest of the world. Once we receive the items, we will immediately initiate the refund, which should show on the bank statement within 7-10 days. For international returns, please declare the contents as "returned clothing" with a declared value of $1 USD to avoid being assessed any customs duties.
